MRS. LUCY K. SIMS

MOUNTAIN GROVE — Services for Mrs. Lucy Katherine Sims, 87, Mountain Grove, will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Dedmon Chapel here with the Rev. Oscar Cunningham officiating. Burial will be in Vanzant Cemetery.

Mrs. Sims died Thursday at Mountain Grove Nursing Home after a long illness.

She was a lifelong resident of this area and member of the Methodist Church.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Flora Williams, Mountain Grove, Mrs. Rose Hiler, Willow Springs, and Mrs. Stella Maddox, Fulton; a brother, Andrew Gibbons, Willow Springs; a sister, Mrs. Zella Dickison, Mountain Grove; six grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
